The Phylloméduse De Vaillant, also known as the White-lined leaf frog (Phyllomedusa vaillantii), is a species of frog in the Hylidae family. It is found in Bolivia, Brazil, Colombia, Ecuador, French Guiana, Guyana, Peru, Suriname, and Venezuela. Its natural habitats are subtropical or tropical moist lowland forests, subtropical or tropical swamps, rivers, and freshwater marshes. It is threatened by habitat loss.
